Shadow IM ShadowIM is a simple AIM client. It will never write any files to the hard disk unless you tell it to. It will never save settings unless you tell it to. It offers simple IM. You can customize what messages it displays in the main window, if you want to use colors. It supports some text formatting, such as bold and underline. It also features a "Boss Mode" which will quickly make the window disappear to a blank icon in the system tray (next to the clock.)
This is beta software and may contain bugs. AOL seems to have changed their protocol, so ShadowIM may no longer function.
